SHEENA CROFT - EXECUTIVE CHEF
A native of Southern Georgia, Chef de Cuisine, Sheena Croft, graduated from The First Coast Institute’s Culinary Arts Program in St. Augustine, Florida in 1999. She has been Hannah’s Executive Chef since the restaurant’s inception in August 2001, bringing quality, elegance and variety to Denton’s dining experience.
Her diverse cultural background and Restaurant/Bed and Breakfast experience has shaped her approach to cuisine. Chef Croft embraces traditional Southern and Island inspired dishes, and blends them with regional cooking styles from around the world to create a palate of flavors with culinary distinction that complements Hannah’s eclectic style.
Sheena Croft has been a guest Chef at local Universities and Charities as well as represented Hannah's Off the Square in numerous publications in the Dallas/Fort-Worth Metroplex, including D Magazine, The Dallas Morning News, The Denton Record Chronicle and The Fort Worth Star Telegram.
